Shipping & Returns

 At Taste and Art of Greece our number one priority is that you are completely satisfied with your order.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
  • ​If you wish to return or exchange a product you must notify us at tasteandartofgreece@gmail.com within 7 days of accepting delivery of the product.
  • Please state your order # and reason for return, and we will contact you within 48 hours.
  • Returns will only be accepted if the product is in its original condition and packaging. 
  • We cannot accept returns on earrings, face masks, clothing, handbags, final sale items, or products which have been used and tags removed.  Unless there is a determined defect in these items, they are final sale.  
  • Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card/method of payment that you used to purchase.  Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing, and please note delays may occur.
  • Items for return must be received back to Taste & Art of Greece within 14 days of advising of intention to return, and we advise that you use an insured and trackable shipping method. 
  • Taste and Art of Greece is not responsible to refund lost returns.
  • We do not pay for return shipping costs unless its determined the product is defective.  If you exchange such item due to this reason, you will incur no additional shipping costs.
  • If you would like to exchange a product, we will advise you on the steps to order the new product and how to return the item to us.

​WE CANNOT EXCHANGE OR REFUND FINAL SALE ITEMS - Final Sale items are all in the ON SALE section of the website

​DAMAGED ITEMS​
  • Damaged or defective items should be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of the item. 
  • Do not ship damaged products back to us unless requested to do so. 
  • A refund for the product price will be issued, minus shipping charges,  to your account or you will be shipped replacement item(s) as soon as possible, at no additional cost.
  • In regards to chocolates or food  such as sesame bars, hard candies, or similar, we are not responsible to replace any broken chocolate or candies.  If the food item is not expired, it is the responsibility of the mail service to refund any fees from a damaged food item.  

​SHIPPING POLICY
  • Currently we ship throughout the USA, Puerto Rico, and Canada as integrated in our website using United States Postal Service.
  • We are able to ship to all countries - message us if you are not located in the country mentioned above at tasteandartofgreece@gmail.com
  • Starting January 1 2021, we offer $8 flat rate shipping using USPS anywhere in the USA for orders less than $75
  • If you want expedited shipping, please message us at tasteandartofgreece@gmail.com so we can make arrangements. .  
  • Orders at $75 or more qualify for automatic free shipping in the USA unless otherwise noted for special promotions.  
  • We ship free to Canada and Australia for orders at $125 or more
  • Orders are dispatched 3 to 5 business days after they have been received.  Please note from November through December items will ship within 2 to 3 business days to assist with busy holiday shopping periods.
  • Please note, we can never guarantee arrival dates with the post office, and cannot be responsible for any delays, damages, and lost packages  by the postal service.  UPDATE:  Severe delivery delays during holiday periods have been communicated by the USPS due to COVID  that are effecting postal services globally.  Once we take your package to the post office, you will receive tracking information.  Please contact us if you do not receive your tracking number.   We have faith every package will be delivered, but if you have been waiting over 30 days for a domestic delivery, do contact us.  International customers should anticipate even longer until the situation with COVID has improved.
  • If we can show a valid tracking number for a shipped package and the USPS or applicable mail provider system shows it was delivered to the customer, we are not responsible to provide a free replacement of the item.  
  • Damaged,  lost,  stolen, and misdelivered packages by USPS or the carrier used to ship the item are the responsibility of the customer and the post office.  We are happy to provide any documentation to the customer needed to resolve issues related to this.  (Misdelivered means if it was delivered to an address other than the address of record on the order)

PLEASE NOTE:   Any sales tax obligations imposed by the state the customer resides in,  including usage taxes, are the sole responsibility of the customer.   Taste & Art of Greece ships from New Hampshire which is a sales tax free state.
